I am a second-generation realtor and my most valuable experience with homes came during my early twenties, working in construction, building homes from the ground up. I became very intimate with the different components of a home and the proper construction of a home. Now as a Realtor I find this information vital to my clients. I keep an eye out for things that may give the homeowner problems in the future. I also manage the bank-owned (REO) and relocation (RELO) properties for my team. This gives me a strong knowledge of today’s market.
